Houses to be constructed in Mayo area

Mayo County Council have granted planning permission for the construction of four houses in the Bonniconlon area.

The local authority gave the green light to Judge Bros. Limited for the proposed development consisting of four dwelling houses.

The planning application also includes a connection to existing public services and all associated site works at the proposed site located at Bonniconlon West.

It is proposed that two of the houses are four-bedroom dwellings and the remaining two houses are three-bedroom dwellings.

Council planners said that the proposed development was a ‘much-needed’ residential development in Bonniconlon village and made the recommendation that planning is granted for the works.
