Funeral details announced for man who died in Mayo crash

The funeral details have been announced for the man (50s) who died following a two-vehicle road traffic collision at Castlebar Road, Newport, Co. Mayo, on Sunday, August 17.
The collision, involving a car and a motorcycle, occurred at approximately 4.50pm.
The motorcyclist, Michael (Mick) Mulchrone, Lakeview, Knockglass, Newport, was conveyed to Mayo University Hospital and passed away on Tuesday, August 19.
Michael will be deeply missed by his heartbroken family.
Michael will repose at St. Dominick’s Funeral Home, Newport, on Friday, August 22, from 5pm until 7.30pm.
Removal from his residence on Saturday morning at 10am to St Patrick’s Church, Newport, for Requiem Mass at 11am, with burial afterwards in Ballintubber Abbey Cemetery.
