Disqualified drug driver arrested on Mayo road

On Thursday, An Garda Síochána Mayo were out on patrol of the N17 when they spotted a car being driven with a flat tyre.

When they pulled in the driver they discovered that he was disqualified and also failed a roadside drug test - testing positive for cocaine.

The driver was arrested and the car was seized.
