Company pays tribute to talented colleague following sad passing
The company has paid tribute to their much-loved colleague.
Engineering firm Egis has paid tribute to talented and accomplished Castlebar man Robert Fitzgerald following his death.
“Robert was an accomplished senior engineer and led our drainage team in Castlebar. He was a significant contributor to our work nationally and internationally, playing a vital role in many of our flagship projects.
He will be fondly remembered as a warm, friendly, and talented individual who built strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Robert's dedication and kindness have left a lasting impact on us all,” the company stated.
“The management and staff at Egis offer our deepest condolences to Robert’s family, extended family, and friends,” Egis added.
As a mark of respect to their dear friend and loyal colleague, Egis will close our Castlebar office tomorrow (Thursday) the date of his funeral.
