Coffee Morning for Hospice in Foxford Café tomorrow

As part of Ireland's Biggest Coffee Morning for Hospice, FOXFORD Café will host a coffee morning on Wednesday 16th September with all proceeds from the morning going to Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation.
Hot drinks and baked goods will be served at the FOXFORD Café at FOXFORD Woollen Mills from 10 - 11.30am.
Joe Queenan, Managing Director and Custodian of Foxford Woollen Mills, Kathleen Flavin, Head Chef at Foxford Café and Author of Foxford Café Cookbook, Martina Jennings, CEO of Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation, and Laura Coleman, Family Therapist at Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation will all be there on the day, while Midwest Radio will broadcast live from the event.

As a part of FOXFORD’s partnership with the Sunflower Children’s Hospice, announced in February of this year, FOXFORD has committed to donating 10% of all online sales from their children’s range (toys, books, baby blankets etc) to the Sunflower Children’s Hospice for the next three years.
This includes favourite items such as their heirloom woven baby blankets, and the ever-popular Jellycat toys. FOXFORD ships their children’s products worldwide, helping to share the message of Sunflower Children’s Hospice to a global audience.
Sunflower Children’s Hospice, funded by Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation, will be the first children’s hospice to be built outside Dublin and the first of its kind to be constructed in Ireland since 2011. A site has already been secured in Castlebar, with the Government and HSE committed to supporting clinical governance.
FOXFORD was founded in 1892 by Mother Agnes who stood on a bridge in Foxford and contemplated a future with community and craftsmanship at its core. The Woollen Mill was established as a means of improving people’s lives and supporting this community. As a company with community at its core, FOXFORD is delighted to partner with a charity that will make such a profound difference to the people of the west of Ireland.
