The weather warning will be valid from 6pm today (Wednesday, August 27) until 6pm tomorrow (Thursday, August 28).
Met Éireann has stated that there will be significant rainfall accumulations from heavy showers and longer spells of rain. Isolated thunderstorms are also possible.

Potential impacts include localised flooding, poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.
