Mayo U19 Girls League gets underway this evening
The opening round of the U19 Girls League takes place this Monday evening (July 1), with one fixture on Tuesday.
Seven teams are competing in the league - Manulla, Swinford, Castlebar Town, Castlebar Celtic, Westport United, Killala and Ballina Town.
Two new entrants in the U19 league this year - Castlebar Celtic and Westport United. Both enjoyed a good season at U17 level, with Celtic winning the league and United the cup winners, and Westport going well in their first season back in the women's league too.
