Lucan truck fire intensified by aerosol cans and fuel oils, firefighters say

Emergency services responded to a truck fire in Lucan, Co Dublin, on Wednesday morning, which was a "high intensity blaze" due to the presence of aerosol cans, textiles, and fuel oils in the truck's load.
Videos online showed large flames and smoke billowing into the air.
A number of apparent explosions were heard at the scene of the fire in Lucan Village near Brookvale.
Dublin Fire Brigade has since finished up controlling the fire.
South Dublin County Council crews attended and re-opened the road at 11am.
The local authority said there is surface damage to the road, which will be repaired in the coming days.
