New Peugeot 3008 SUV goes on sale in Ireland

A new generation of Peugeot’s 3008 SUV has gone on sale in Ireland but this time with no diesel option in the line-up.
The two versions are a mild hybrid petrol and a fully electric version. A plug-in hybrid is coming.
The new five-seater 3008 is longer, taller and higher than its predecessor, and has a long wheelbase. Two trim levels are Allure and GT.
The E-3008’s all-electric powertrains are a 210bhp Standard Range (available now), priced at €43,965 for the Allure Trim and at €49,795 for the GT (price is after state subsidies). It has a rated range of 527km. A 230bhp Long Range with up to 680kms WLTP is due in Q1 2024, along with a 320bhp Dual Motor with AWD.
The Mild Hybrid (MHEV) is a 136bhp 1.2 PureTech with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and is available now priced at €43,995 for the Allure trim and at €47,995 for the GT trim.
