New models from Citroen and Volvo

The e-C3 has a rated range of 320km and takes 26 minutes to charge from 20% to 80%.
Citroen has launched the new C3 small hatchback in both petrol and electric versions, with a start price of €23,400 for both. A hybrid version is also available with a 1.2 turbo 110hp powertrain and 48V lithium-ion battery offering up to a 50% electric drive. It is priced from €26,800. The petrol is a 3-cylinder 1.2 turbo with 100hp and 6-speed manual transmission.
The new model comes with a new shape with SUV cues, and is the tallest in its B-segment hatch space. Key selling points are the ease of getting in and out, and the big comfort and space provided.
The C3 has been a key seller for the Citroen brand since it was launched with over six million units sold since 2002.
The e-C3 has a rated range of 320km and takes 26 minutes to charge from 20% to 80%. An urban-centric variant with a 200km electric range will be here next year.
Citroen expect the e-C3 to account for 20 to 30% of C3 sales.
