Harris MAXUS reveals plans for 2024

Harris MAXUS has announced a 46% growth in sales for its Irish and UK markets.

Managing director Mark Barrett said plans include the launch of two new electric vehicles this year; the eDeliver 5, a new premium electric panel van, and the MIFA 7, a high-tech MPV that will be a smaller sister to the MIFA 9 that launched in 2022.

Mr Barrett believes the newly introduced eDelivery 7 will play a pivotal role in the company’s EV sales for 2024. The mid-size electric comes in three size configurations and two battery options, and more than one-tonne payload.

He cited a lack of grants, incentives and supports for drivers and businesses as causing frustration in the market. As a result, Harris MAXUS will introduce a new diesel variant of the Delivery 7 this year.
