Having four published writers from different genres – three from within the parish, socialising in one place at the same time made Thursday night’s Rambling House an interesting event. The group invited author Janet Hughes to speak about the planning and structural outlines of her plot, scenes leading up to drafting and final edits of her novels “In Search of the Forgotten Earl” and “Strains of the Brehan” before they hit the shelves and subsequently her readership. An enjoyable night was had by all.
