The community were in fine voice as they joined James singing many favourite Irish ballads and folk songs. James engaged his audience as he recounted tales about Achill, London, the hard working diaspora and his successful musical journey.

Having seen the online coverage of the official opening, James appreciated the history and background story behind the community centre and was delighted to lend his voice and help bring the local community together once again. Errew Community committee extends their sincere thanks to James for reaching out and performing in the centre. His wonderful voice resonated with everyone there and no doubt brought back many fond memories. Thanks to all those who supported the event.
