The Rosary will be recited in Cloghans Cemetery this Sunday, November 12, at 12 noon.
Table Quiz
Knockmore /Rathduff Ladies Group, in association with Knockmore GAA Club, are holding a fundraising Table Quiz in aid of Mayo Mental Health Association in Knockmore GAA clubrooms on this Friday, November 10, at 9pm. A raffle will be held on the night. Teams of four - €10 per person. Your support will be much appreciated.

Knockmore GAA Lotto
There was no winner of the jackpot in the Knockmore GAA Club’s Lotto draw on October 28 last when the numbers drawn were 1, 4, 29 and 36.
Weekly winners were Oisin Corcoran and Alan Duggan. Season ticket winners were Seamus Melvin and Patricia Flynn. Lucky Dip winner was Fiona Hughes.
The next jackpot is €4,200. Your support as always is very much appreciated.
Recent wedding
Congratulations to Shane Reape, son of Josephine and Sean Reape, Rathnaconeen, Knockmore and Michelle Feeney, Dromore West, who were married in Christ the King Church in Knockmore on Friday, October 20. The happy couple are wished every happiness and blessings for their future years together.
Sympathy
We extend our deepest sympathy to the family of the late Paddy Cosgrave, Belass Foxford, in particular to his wife Mary, sister Mary, and brothers Michael and Vincent. Paddy’s death took place recently in Mayo University Hospital.
We also extend our deepest sympathy to the family of the late Seamus Boylan, Station Road, Foxford following his recent sad passing.

Bereavement Course
A Bereavement Course, presented by Monica Morley, Director of the Knock Shrine Family Centre and Midwest Radio broadcaster, is due to commence this evening, Tuesday, November 7, at 8pm in the Newman Centre in Ballina. Knockmore/Rathduff Ladies Group
Knockmore/Rathduff Ladies Group are seeking new members. Meetings are held fortnightly in the centre in Knockmore Their next meeting will be held on Wednesday night, November 14, at 8pm. New members will be most welcome.
Local Text Alert
Now that the evenings are getting darker, please keep an eye out for the vulnerable and those living on their own. Also, all are asked to be extra vigilant and report any unusual sightings or activities in the area. Nothing is too small to report and could be of great help to the Gardaí in curbing crime.
Adoration
Adoration/Holy Hour takes place every Thursday evening in Knockmore Church from 6.30 to 7.30pm. All are welcome to drop in at any time.
Knockmore Bingo
Bingo continues every Monday night at 8.30pm in the Community Hall in Knockmore with valuable prizes to be won every night. Refreshments are served also. It is a lovely night to meet up with neighbours and friends.

Conn Rangers FC Lotto
There was no winner of the jackpot in the Conn Rangers FC Lotto in the draw held on October 23 last. The numbers drawn were 2, 20, 21 and 29.
The weekly winners of €25 were James O’Hora, Gerry Langan, Fergal Breslin, John Breslin, John Slater and Stacey Kelly.
The Lucky Dip winner was Therese Noone.
The next jackpot will be €1,950.

Congratulations to Fr Brendan Hoban on the recent launch of his new book, Holding Out for a Hero: The Long Wait for Pope Francis.
In his book, Fr Brendan looks back on his 50 years as a priest and looks forward to what the future holds under the leadership of Pope Francis.

A series of Craft Taster Workshops will run in Belderrig Community Centre in November.
