Deepest sympathy is extended to the family of the late Patsy Walsh, Gurteenamuck , to her husband John, sisters Christine and Phil, brothers Brendan, Des, Peter and Fergus, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Patsy passed away peacefully following an illness last week. Her remains reposed at Clarkes Funeral Home on Tuesday evening prior to her removal from her residence on Wednesday morning to the Church of Christ the King, Knockmore. There large numbers gathered to bid farewell to a wonderful wife, sister, aunt and friend. She was laid to rest afterwards in Ballinahaglish Cemetery.

Patsy was a member of a family of fifteen, eleven boys and four girls, born to parents Paddy and Bridget Reape. Patsy was a very popular member of her community and colleague where she worked in the former Healy 's Hotel, Pontoon Bridge Hotel and in O’Hara’s Bakery with a great sense of fun that endeared her to all.
