There is a last chance ever to see Tommy Marren’s hit comedy play Matches and Old Flames as it takes to the Westport stage for two final nights on Friday and Saturday, May 30th and 31st, at 8pm nightly.

Matches and Old Flames is set in the West of Ireland and tells the story of Maureen Corcoran – a woman in her early 80s – who decides it’s time to find love for her two mature sons. She spots an advertisement where two mature ladies on the east coast are on the search for men. Without the consent of her sons, Maureen takes matters into her own hands and invites the ladies to come and meet her two sons in person! What transpires is simply hilarious. There’s plots and sub-plots galore and the promise of at least 300 laughs in two hours!
