Wednesday's front pages are focused on Michael Healy-Rae's resignation, which has seemed to have blindsided the Government.
The Irish Times and Irish Examiner report the Coalition suffered its first major defection when Independent Minister of State Michael Healy-Rae resigned before voting no confidence in the Government and sharply criticising Taoiseach Micheál Martin.


The Echo reports that an audit found Cork City marathon withheld €120,000 from the local council.
