James Lowe to make 100th appearance for Leinster against the Lions

James Lowe is set to make his 100th appearance for Leinster as he is named to start in their URC quarter-final against the Lions at the Aviva Stadium.
Lowe is one of several changes to the side which suffered a heavy defeat to Bordeaux in the Champions Cup final last Saturday.
Harry Byrne and Jamison Gibson-Park drop to the bench, with Luke McGrath and Sam Prendergast starting. Ciarán Frawley has been left out of the matchday squad.
Rieko Ioane moves to the centre alongside Jamie Osborne, while Jimmy O'Brien starts on the right wing.
Max Deegan and Scott Penny come into the back row, while Tadhg Furlong starts after coming on as a replacement in Bilbao.
Connacht, meanwhile, are without number eight Sean Jansen for their visit to Glasgow on Friday night.
Bundee Aki starts in the centre alongside John Devine, while Dylan Tierney-Martin and Darragh Murray return to the starting 15 for Stuart Lancaster's side.
