The 2024/25 PDC World Darts Championship will see an all-Irish affair for the first time on Friday evening when Tipperary’s Dylan Slevin takes on Limerick’s William O’Connor.

As part of his preparation for the world championships, Slevin won the annual Matthew Geraghty Memorial earlier this month at Flynn’s Sports Bar, Castlebar, defeating Galway’s Dylan Dowling in the final.

Flynn’s Bar will also be the venue that hosts a darts exhibition with O’Connor on January 25, which is in association with Castlebar Town FC.
