Strong Mayo involvement in tonight's Sigerson Cup semi-finals

There is strong Mayo involvement as the Electric Ireland Sigerson Cup semi-finals take place tonight.
Ballina Stephenites' Frank Irwin, Moy Davitts' Cian McHale and Mayo Gaels' Jack Fallon are all part of the University of Limerick (UL) panel who will face University College Dublin (UCD) at SETU Carlow, at 6.30pm.
Irwin put in a man-of-the-match display, kicking 0-3, as UL defeated Dublin City University (DCU), while McHale and Fallon were second-half substitutes as UL ran out 0-14 to 1-10 winners.
Meanwhile, Ballina's Sam Callinan and Westport's Rory Brickenden will line out for UCD. John Divilly's side overcame University of Galway on a 1-14 to 1-6 scoreline.
Maynooth University will face Ulster University in the other semi-final in Inniskeen at 8pm.
Both games will be shown live on the TG4 Spórt YouTube channel.
