Provincial championship time: what is next for three-in-a-row champs Ballina?
Mayo Senior Football Championship Final Replay, Ballina Stephenites' Luke Doherty, Ciaran Sweeney and Rory Tighe celebrate at full time
After success in their respective club championships, thoughts will soon turn to the provincial championships for the county’s winning clubs.
Three-in-a-row Mayo Senior Club Champions Ballina Stephenites, after recovering from their dramatic final victory over Westport, will have a home tie in the AIB Connacht Club Senior Football Championship quarter-final against London Senior Champions North London Shamrocks, who beat TCG in the London final yesterday.
That game will take place on the weekend of November 8/9. Should Ballina advance to the semi-finals, they will have an away tie against either Padraig Pearses or St Brigid’s of Roscommon, who will contest their senior final replay this Saturday.
On the other side of the draw, Galway champions Moycullen take on Sligo champs Shamrock Gaels with the winner of that game taking on Leitrim Gaels.

Kilmeena beat Moy Davitts in the Mayo Intermediate final and will also be at home for their Connacht quarter-final against Caltra of Galway, who beat An Spideal in their county final.
If Kilmeena are successful, a home semi-final tie awaits against Sligo Intermediate champions Coolaney/Mullinabreena, who beat Enniscrone/Kilglass in their recent final.
In the other semi-final, Allen Gaels of Leitrim will take on Strokestown GAA of Roscommon.

Kiltimagh claimed the Junior title over the weekend with victory over Eastern Gaels and will have a bye into the semi-final stages of the Connacht Junior Championship.
They will travel to face the Junior champions of Roscommon or Sligo, St Croans or Cloonacool on the weekend of November 15/16.
In the other semi-final, Carna Caiseal of Galway are away from home against the winners of the Leitrim Junior Championship which will be decided this weekend between Aughavas and Drumreilly.
