Next Mayo manager: Who is in line to join Andy Moran's backroom team

Following the news that Mayo GAA is to seek ratification of Andy Moran as the new Mayo senior football manager at the next meeting of the Mayo GAA County Board, Moran's backroom team has also been revealed - Colm Boyle and Paddy Tally.

The Davitts clubman and former Mayo player has scooped four All-Star awards and has won six Connacht Senior Football Championships, while also winning a National Football League title for his county.

Paddy Tally, who was most recently the manager of the Derry senior footballers, has had roles as a coach with the Kerry footballers and at the helm of the Down footballers.

Mayo GAA added that Andy Moran and his backroom team will bring a wealth of experience from both playing and coaching at the highest levels of inter-county football.
They concluded by saying that the organisation looks forward to the formal ratification of Andy Moran and his management team and to beginning an exciting new chapter for the Mayo senior football team.
