A Mayo man has been selected on the GAA.ie Football Team of the Week following the Green and Red's 2-13 to 1-14 victory over Monaghan in their concluding game of Allianz Football League Division 1.
Matthew Ruane was picked in midfield after he scored a 66th minute goal to level the match.
The Breaffy man is the sole Mayo man on the team, while Sligo's Aidan Devaney was selected between the sticks.
The Yeats County defeated Westmeath 1-14 to 0-11 in Markievicz Park to finish Division 3 in style.
