Mayo GAA senior club announce departure of management team

Mayo GAA senior side Castlebar Mitchels have announced the departure of their management team of Barry Moran and Neil Lydon.

In a social post, the club said: "After three years managing our club senior team, our managers, Barry Moran and Neil Lydon, have made the decision to step aside as joint managers.

"All in Castlebar Mitchels would like to express our sincere gratitude to both Barry and Neil. Over the past three years they have been committed to developing the squad, challenge at the highest level of the senior championship and won two league titles in their tenure.

"The club is incredibly proud to have our former club players step up to the management role and we wish them all the best in the future.

"Go raibh míle maith agaibh agus guímid gach rath oraibh amach anseo."
