2023 Mayo SFC runners-up Breaffy have announced the appointment of James Fallon as their new senior manager on a two-year term.

Fallon will replace outgoing manager Konrad Coghill who led Breaffy to last year's final, where they were defeated by Ballina Stephenites.

Fallon guided his home club Mayo Gaels to an intermediate title in 2021.

He will be supported by Eugene Caulfield and other technical support personnel will be added in due course, the Club say.

A strength and conditioning coach and club physio expertise will be provided by the Club for all adult football as required.

"The Club wishes James and the management team and players every enjoyment and much success for the years ahead," Breaffy GAA wrote in a statement.
