Two Mayo teams who were hoping to lift Connacht titles today will have to wait for another chance to realise their ambitions.
The finals of the Camogie Association’s Pat Barrett and Rose Nixon cup finals that were due to be played in Skehana, Co Galway, have both been postponed on account of Storm Bert.
Tooreen were due to play Sarsfields at 2pm in the Pat Barrett Cup Final, a game which was to be preceded by the clash of Westport and host club Skehana, where Westport were planning on a defence of their Rose Nixon crown.
Alternatives dates for the re-fixtures will be confirmed in due course.
