Claremorris Ladies have qualified for the All-Ireland Junior Final after their semi-final victory over Lavey of Derry this afternoon.

The goals were flying at Canon Gibbons Park, seven in total, as Claremorris ground out a famous win on home territory.

They got off to a dream start with two goals inside the opening minutes scored by Nina Wallace but Lavey got back to within arms reach at various stages throughout the contest.

In the end, the Magherafelt outfit could not find the goal they sought so desperately to claw their way back into the game and the full time whistle came as relief to the Claremorris faithful, who came out in their droves.

O'Donovan Rossa of Cork now awaits them in the final.
