Congratulations are extended to Ballintubber and Mayo GAA star Diarmuid O’Connor who has announced his engagement to fiancée Emma Walshe.
The Ballintubber clubman and his long-time girlfriend announced their exciting news on Instagram during a recent holiday to Lake Como.
The 29-year-old teacher from St Gerald’s College in Castlebar was awarded the GAA/GPA Young Footballer of the Year in both 2015 and 2016.
His wife-to-be is also a teacher, at the Quay National School in Westport.
They are both wished great success and fulfilment with their future plans.
