Ann Marie Kelly, the founder and senior Audiologist, has made an indelible mark on hearing care in Roscommon and beyond. With more than 15 years’ experience, Ann Marie combines clinical excellence with genuine empathy. She leads by example—guiding the expansion of the business, supporting ongoing professional development, and ensuring that every client receives a fully bespoke service. Her vision and leadership have been widely recognised: she was awarded Emerging Businesswoman of the Year for Roscommon, an accolade that confirms her impact as an entrepreneur and her place as a role model in women’s business leadership.
Vicky Kelly, Ann Marie’s daughter and fellow audiologist, is renowned for her patient-centred approach and her forward-thinking mindset. As the first person from Roscommon to claim the Employee Rising Star title at Interbranch level, Vicky’s achievements highlight her clinical expertise, dedication to client care, and enthusiasm for innovation. She champions staff training and takes an active role in marketing—making sure our story and values are always at the heart of what we do. The mother and daughter team don’t just share a family bond—they share a vision of excellence and community-driven care which defines Kelly Hearing Specialists. Together, they lead with integrity, warmth, and innovation, ensuring that each client receives truly individual attention.
Our front-of-house experience is made especially welcoming by Melissa, our Customer Service specialist. Her professionalism, efficiency, and warmth set the tone for every visit. She ensures client queries or concerns are addressed promptly, manages appointment schedules with care, and supports aftercare to make every client feel both valued and reassured. Melissa epitomises our ethos of personal service and is central to the smooth running of our client journey.
Coordinating the broad reach of Kelly Hearing Specialists is John Doory, our Branch Co-ordinator. John’s role is pivotal: he manages logistical operations, oversees the day-to-day running of our 35 clinics, and supports staff with whatever they need to deliver seamless care. John offers a warm, professional welcome—whether greeting patients in person or answering phone enquiries. His attention to detail, friendly manner, and organisational skills set the tone for every client’s experience with us. John expertly manages bookings, handles administrative queries, and ensures that each visitor is supported throughout their appointment. Through his actions he embodies the values of Kelly Hearing Specialists and is highly valued by both clients and the wider team.
