Ireland’s First Hello GoodLife Health & Wellbeing Hub launches in Mayo

Ireland’s first 'Hello Goodlife Health & Wellbeing Hub' is underway in Castle Leisure Club, Castlebar.
Cora Mulroy and Breda Mulroy are delighted to establish Ireland’s very first hub in Castlebar, encouraging people to say hello to a good life by embracing power-assisted exercise and a holistic approach to wellbeing that benefits individuals physically, socially, emotionally and mentally.
Hello GoodLife Health & Wellbeing is about creating a customised health and wellbeing hub for the over 50s. With Ireland’s growing over 50s population, there is a growing need for inclusive exercise solutions. Hello GoodLife Health & Wellbeing is designed for every BODY, including people aged 50 and over, People looking to tone up and condition, individuals with impacted mobility, people living with long-term health conditions, people who struggle to attend conventional gym environment and people who may not have exercised for a number of years.
12 pieces of the most advanced power-assisted exercise technology is designed to assist individuals in achieving their fitness goals, regardless of their current physical condition. The circuit takes 2 and 1/2 minutes on each machine and after you have worked out on all 12 machines you have every muscle in your body worked out. The circuit in the Hello GoodLife Health & Wellbeing hub can also be used as a preventative health measure to safeguard people’s good health into the future.

Martina Calvey is the driving force behind Hello Goodlife Health & Wellbeing Hubs, a new company dedicated to rolling out the most advanced power assisted equipment across Ireland. Martina is committed to making exercise more inclusive and accessible following her own health challenges which excluded her from mainstream health and fitness facilities.
The Hello Goodlife Wellbeing Hubs are very popular all over the UK, Norway, Sweden and other European Countries, and is the way forward to safeguarding our future health and wellbeing in an ever ageing population.
Members of the Hub can also avail of daily group classes in the Hub, the steam room and sauna in Castle Leisure Club and all other classes in the aerobics studio. A seating area serving Tea and coffee will also be available to allow social activities also.
