Under the direction of Executive Head Chef Jonathan Keane and his culinary team, you’ll be treated to a delicious three-course menu featuring ingredients grown on the estate grounds, as well as local and regional produce. 

Guests can start with succulent appetisers such as borage and potato soup with pulled ham hock, Burren Smokehouse salmon, whipped goat’s cheese, or Kate McCormack’s pâté. 

Main course highlights include wild garlic risotto, supreme of Irish chicken, and roast striploin of Irish Hereford beef. 

To conclude the meal, indulge in a selection of desserts, including lemon tart with white chocolate and Ashford Garden rhubarb sorbet, chocolate mousse, or a crumble made with fresh, seasonal fruit.
