Storm Goretti: Will it impact Mayo?

Storm Goretti has been named by the UK Met Office.
As a result, Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow Snow and Rain warning for four counties - Cork, Kerry, Waterford and Wexford.
Storm Goretti will impact these counties with rain, which will be heavy at times, and will turn to sleet and snow in places on Thursday afternoon, particularly at elevation. Accumulations are also possible.
In the West, Met Éireann has stated that tomorrow (Thursday, January 8) will be a cloudy start with showery outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Clearer conditions will develop towards evening with a few sunny breaks and isolated showers.
