'Significant step forward' - Major housing boost for Mayo town

COMMUNITY NOTES: CLAREMORRIS - WESTERN PEOPLE (DECEMBER 16 EDITION)

Approval has been issued to Mayo County Council for the construction of 16 new social housing units at Churchfield Park, Knock. 

The project will deliver six one-bedroom homes and ten two-bedroom homes in this initial phase of development.

This investment represents a significant step forward in addressing local housing needs and supporting the wider provision of social and affordable homes.
