The funeral details have been confirmed for a young Mayo man whose death has occurred in Portugal.
Ben McTernan, from Lisaniska near Foxford, passed unexpectedly earlier this month. He is the beloved son of Michael and Dawn and cherished brother of Katie.
Ben will be dearly and forever missed and loved by his parents Michael and Dawn, his sister Katie, his grandmother Jenny, his aunts, uncles, cousins, and the many dear friends Ben met on this life’s journey.
Ben will rest in repose at Clarke’s Funeral Home, Foxford this Sunday from 3.30pm with removal at 5.30pm to The Church of Christ The King, Knockmore where his funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 23 at 11am. Burial afterwards will be in Ballinahaglish Cemetery.
The family have requested that donations in lieu of flowers are made to The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.
