Independent Ireland announce Mayo local election candidate
Donal Geraghty is a lifelong Castlebar resident who works at Mayo University Hospital
Independent Ireland have announced today that their candidate in the Castlebar Local Electoral Area will be Donal Geraghty.
The party said Mr Geraghty will represent the party in the upcoming Local Elections on June 7.
Donal works as a support staff member at Mayo University Hospital, and he also assists with the running of the family business, Geraghty Fuels in Castlebar.
Donal has been described by Independent Ireland as a dedicated community leader who will bring a “fresh perspective and a determination to drive positive change in Castlebar”.
