Louise Jordan, originally from Bonniconlon, Ballina, Co. Mayo, has been crowned Ireland Editorial Award Winner at the Wella Professionals TrendVision Award 2025 UK & Ireland Final, held at London’s iconic Natural History Museum.
A Mayo-born stylist is bringing a national hairdressing accolade home. Louise Jordan, originally from Bonniconlon, Ballina, Co. Mayo, has been crowned Ireland Editorial Award Winner at the Wella Professionals TrendVision Award 2025 UK & Ireland Final, held at London’s iconic Natural History Museum.
Louise’s roots in Mayo run deep: she began her career in a Ballina salon while studying for her Leaving Cert, before moving to Galway in 2003. She joined Bellissimo Complex, Galway, in 2006, where her craft and creative vision have continued to flourish. This annual TrendVision competition is one of the most prestigious in the UK & Ireland, championing editorial excellence and standout creative talent. Louise’s win places a Mayo stylist firmly on the national stage, bringing pride to Ballina and the wider Connacht region, and highlighting how dedication nurtured in local salons can lead to recognition at one of hairdressing’s most celebrated events.
