Gardai issue appeal for witnesses following suspected arson attack in Galway

Gardaí are continuing to actively investigate an incident of suspected arson that resulted in significant damage to a premises in Rosscahill, County Galway on Saturday December 16.

The incident happened at around 11.35pm that evening. There was no individuals inside the building when the incident occurred.

A technical and forensic examination of the scene has been completed and enquires are ongoing.

The investigation team is appealing for anyone who may have information regarding this incident to contact them. In particular, members of the community in the Roscahill, Outhterard and surrounding areas who may be able to assist Gardaí is asked to come forward.
