Funeral arragements announced for deceased Swinford couple

Funeral arrangements have been announced for a married couple who died in a house fire last week.
Tom and Eileen Mahon, both in their 60s, passed away following a fire at their home in Swinford.
Emergency services were alerted to the fire in a house at Deerpark, Kilkelly Road, at approximately 2am.
Mr Mahon, who was originally from Ballaghaderreen, and Mrs Mahon, from Castlerea, owned a well-known business in Swinford, Mahon’s Furniture and Flooring.
The couple will repose together at The Cultural Centre, Swinford tomorrow evening (Tuesday) from 4pm to 7pm.
Their Funeral Ceremony will take place on Wednesday morning at 10am at The Cultural Centre, Swinford, followed by a private cremation.
