Fine issued to Mayo motorist who parked in disabled bay to collect a pizza

Mayo Roads Policing were on patrol in Ballyhaunis yesterday evening when they observed a vehicle parked in a disabled bay.
An Garda Síochána Mayo stated that disabled bays "exist for people who truly need them, not for convenience or 'just a minute', as was the case with this driver who was just waiting to collect a pizza."
An FCPN of €150 has been issued.
