Disqualified Mayo road motorist arrested for drink driving

Gardaí from the Mayo Roads Policing Unit stopped a vehicle in Swinford yesterday, and, after a quick check on the Garda mobility app, it was found that the driver was disqualified from driving.
The driver was subsequently arrested for drink driving and found to be over the legal limit.
The motorist has now been charged with a number of offences and will appear before the courts, while the vehicle was seized.
