Congratulations: West of Ireland restaurant earns first Michelin star
On their website, the MICHELIN Guide stated that, "more excellent Irish produce is on show at The Pullman in Galway, where Angelo Vagiotis’ cooking is served in the sumptuous setting of two original Orient Express train carriages."
A Galway restaurant is among the prestigious award winners at tonight's Michelin Guide Ceremony for Great Britain & Ireland 2025 in Dublin.
The event, hosted at the Dublin Convention Centre, saw The Pullman, located at Galway's Glenlo Abbey Hotel, earn its first Michelin star.

Dublin restaurant Forest Avenue also earned its first Michelin star at tonight's ceremony.
