Coffee morning this weekend in support of major Ballina project

A fundraising morning for Ballina Sensory Park will take place in Grub in Ballina this Saturday, January 31st.

Phase One of Ballina Sensory Park has proved to be a big hit and an excellent addition to the town since opening to the public in December.

Ballina Sensory Park is located at Sligo Road, on the banks of the River Moy at Tom Ruane Park, where the ABC Park is also situated, ensuring that all children and people with disabilities can enjoy activities that suit their needs, all in one location and Phase Two of the Park promises to deliver even more.

Due to rising construction costs since the project began in 2021, local support is being sought for the completion of Phase Two of the project and individuals and businesses are being asked to contribute if they are in a position to do so.

The Coffee Morning takes place this Saturday morning between 9.30am and 11.30am at Grub Deli & Grocer on Tone St.

All proceeds to Ballina Sensory Park.
