Chef who cooked for Irish and US presidents joins local Mayo eatery

A local Mayo eatery has announced an impressive appointment.
In a social post, Charlestown's Jenny’s Café said: "We’re proud to introduce our new Head Chef, Megan — and with her comes brand new ideas and a whole new energy at Jenny’s Café.
"With over 10 years’ experience, Megan has worked alongside top chefs like Neven Maguire, and has cooked for President Michael D. Higgins, Joe Biden, and King Charles.
"Now she’s bringing her passion, skill, and creativity right here to Charlestown & Tubbercurry — and it shows."
