The weather warning will be valid from 2pm on Friday until 10pm the same day.

Storm Amy will bring very windy conditions, with impacts including fallen trees, damage to power lines and very difficult travelling conditions.
There is currently a Status Yellow Thunderstorm warning valid until 2pm today, while a Status Yellow Rain warning is also in place for Mayo until 10pm tonight.
