Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick and will see heavy spells of blustery rain during the Met Éireann weather warning.
The weather warning takes effect from 6pm tomorrow (Tuesday, September 16) until 3am on Wednesday.
Possible impacts include difficult travelling conditions, poor visibility and localised flooding.
