Mayo Roscommon LEAS announce return of fitness and wellness programme
Mayo Roscommon Local Area Employment Service have announced their popular fitness and wellness programme will be returning next month.
Revitalise 360 is a free eight-week fitness and wellness programme in conjuction with former Footballer of the Year Andy Moran and The Movement Gym in Castlebar,
for unemployed and men and women.
The programme commences on Tuesday, May 6, for two days per week.
