This follows St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre tenant, Emmett Rogers, lodging an appeal to An Bord Pleanala against Dublin City Council’s grant of permission to Davy entity, DTDL Ltd for the redevelopment.

The action is fully contested by the State and opposed by the Irish Farmers’ Association and the Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association
