The move by Glenveagh Homes to lodge the Large Scale Residential (LRD) scheme with Fingal Co Council follows the house-builder purchasing €130 million of property from Gannon Homes

The Dáil’s housing committee was told the country was on course to have just over 30,000 new builds by the end of the year.

The pair, who both have addresses in Batterstown, Proudstown, strongly deny the allegations against them.
