Knockmore

St Patrick's Day Mass Celebration

St Patrick's Day Mass in Christ the King Church, Knockmore was a celebration of all things Irish with the Irish language the forefront in the Liturgy readings, hymns etc. Then it was the turn of Lissniska NS school to provide traditional music and dance. Special thanks was extended to school principal Aisling, to Siobhan for organising the traditional music and to Fiona’s School of Dance who treated the large congregation present at the end of Mass with a beautiful display of Irish dancing. Special thanks also to the children who provided the music and dancing. It was a credit to all involved.
