Moygownagh Ramblers November meeting will be held on Thursday, November 28, at 7pm in Moygownagh Learning Forum.
The Activator Poles Exercise Programme has returned to Moygownagh Community Centre for a 10 week programme. This is a fun, sociable activity suitable for adults who are looking to improve their fitness and health in a social and supportive environment. This takes place on Tuesdays at 1pm from Moygownagh Community Centre.
Jamie’s knit class takes place in Moygownagh Learning Forum on Thursday, November 21, at 7.30pm.

A Mass to remember and honour all parishioners from Moygownagh whose funerals were celebrated in the parish during the past year, family members of parishioners from other parishes, and people who have a close connection to Moygownagh will take place on Sunday, November 17, at 11am in St Cormac’s Church, Moygownagh. A candle labelled with each deceased person’s name will be carried to the altar by a family member or friend and placed on the altar during Mass. Families can take home the candle afterwards. If anybody would like to include a name contact Fr. Matt by Wednesday, November 13.
Crossmolina Community Council are looking to offer their community bus to a wider section of the local population. The bus is an essential commodity for the community and it is in the interest of all to keep it running. They are trying to expand the Wednesday service, which currently runs from 12.30pm to 3.30pm weekly. The service can be used to attend the doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser, the library or any other need you may have. It is a great chance to meet a friend for lunch or shopping. If there is sufficient uptake the service could be made official through Local Link and be free for pensioners. Currently the rate is €5 return. To ensure church services continue in both Bonniconlon and Attymass churches when either priest is unavailable, a new Mass timetable will come into effect from the first Sunday of Advent, December 1, in both parishes. The Saturday evening vigil Mass in Bonniconlon will take place at 6.30pm and the Sunday morning Mass will be at 11am. All Holy Day Masses will also be at 11am. When either priest is absent only the Saturday evening vigil Mass will take place in the parish of the absent priest.
Funeral Masses will be at either 11am or 2pm depending on whether the other church has a funeral the same day. The first funeral Mass to be booked will take place at 11am.
Weekday morning or evening Masses will remain at 9.30am and 7pm respectively. There will be no weekday morning or evening Mass in the parish of the absent priest. Intentions booked for cancelled weekday morning and evening Masses will be transferred to the weekend Saturday vigil Mass or the Sunday morning Mass.

Killala Community Council (Newstart) Ltd are running a Meals on Wheels service for Killala and surrounding areas. They aim to provide nourishing quality meals at an affordable price to any senior citizen who signs up. The meals will have two courses and can be collected or delivered.
